In silico Investigation on Phytoconstituents in Pamburus missionis S. for Antioxidant Activity

Objectives: This current research was performed to analyze in silico evaluation phytoconstituents present antioxidant activity. Materials Methods: In activity the isolated constituents carried out by Autodock 4.0 absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion/toxicity assessed online tools. Results: The results revealed that phytocompounds, benzoic acid 2,3-dimethyl showed good docking score -5.8 kcal/mol, which a mere standard curcumin, i.e., -6.6 kcal/mol hence proving binding compatibility among ligand receptor site NADPH oxidase.
